  This place is a scam. I signed up online and I live in Cordova. They automatically assigned me to Horn Lake and would NOT let me transfer. I have cancer, so I essentially just gave up after that because going to the gym is hard enough without having to drive 45 minutes. I paid a cancelation fee and went on my way. However, they charged me AGAIN. So THIS time I spoke to them on the phone, disputed the charge, and went on my way. Except they STILL charged me, so THIS TIME I sent them a letter so I had TANGIBLE PROOF of the cancelation. I went on my way. They just charged me again... I have NEVER set foot behind those doors. As of July 7th, it is illegal to charge someone for a subscription that they have canceled and the subscription has to be canceled in two clicks online or less. The fact that they still scam thousands of folks with zero legal recourse is just a fun reflection of our nation and how the law only applies to poor people. 🙄

  I love Planet Fitness. I always feel comfortable, especially at the Horn Lake, MS location. It has specific machines I like, and I enjoy the layout. I've had a few minor issues since I didnt read all the terms in the agreement with rules and billing. Sometimes some of it depends on who's working and their discernment about rules. Cleanliness depends on the day and the members.

  The facility is kept very clean. I see staff cleaning machines often and restrooms. Machines are in good condition and there is enough variety. I enjoy using the hydromassage after a workout. The prices are great, too!
