It seems as if they just look at the machine and say it's fine. However, they don't function correctly. You cannot add or remove resistance or the rower has no power. This has been an issue I have been reporting on and off since late 2024. I reported this on a recent survey and someone reached out to me. However it wasn't very helpful and I had to follow up multiple times. This has impacted my routine and I am now exploring other options.
