- PFPelican FPVOct 15, 20251.0I have been a Black card member for 10 years. 630pm on a Wed they decide to vaccuum the floors around the cardio. Im getting a run in and have to hear amd smell the vac exhaust as they literally are cleaning around the treadmill as Im running. I find the manager who had an attitude and basically said too bad we are cleaning now. I said I would be finding a new gym and he offered to cancel on the spit. I was not rude, loud or obnoxious. The mgr would not give me his dms name and finally gave a first name but reused to give me a contact. So sad to be leaving PF but if thats the way you treat long term members then I guess we are done. This manager is going to kill your membership.
