  This location is a rip-off. They constantly change prices on you. They get you with the $1 to join. You are charged 25 monthly. When you want to cancel due to lack of equipment and trainers. You are charged to cancel. Even if you paid your fees for the month. They are never any supervisors there. They're whole staff are Spanish. They barely speak English. This place is definitely a privately owned business. They do not follow corporate policy. Avoid this location in Revere. I know I will never return. Their only consistency is taking your 💰. Go somewhere you are appreciated. This place does not put patrons first. It's all about the money with them. I have never been at a gym where everyone is overweight. This gym reminded of a bad comedy skit.

  Johana is very helpful and clean people she is always cleaning and she is very kind. The gym now looks much better

  Just call Thai planet fitness because it appears to be my home gym but I go to another location and they made me call back and forth both locations saying I had to call the other location to be able to transfer, didn’t even give me a correct response or solution, really bad costumer service and here I am stuck without able to transfer my membership
