  I would like to thank Nick n mike. Every morning its a pleasure to walk in and be greeted with there smiles, they do there best to keep on the cleaning and manage the front desk, can b hard when its only one of them working alone.. thank you guys..

  This location is both the cleanest and well maintained that I have visited. I have been to 4 locations on the Island and one upstate. This one outshines them all

  Why do I always have to remind the workers to turn on the hot water when I want to utilize the showers? Shouldn’t it be the first thing they do next shift if they shut it off or at Midnight Monday when they re-open? I’ve had to leave the shower to grab my phone getting it wet to make a call to the front. Half the time they don’t even turn it on. The one overnight guy said he needed access to the female locker room. He came in and didn’t fix anything. Then another guy working overnight went into the boiler room and it worked. Really poor communication. All they’re doing is standing around overnight. I’m a paying member. Why am I having to ask for this to happen??? Watch. This Sunday/Monday when I go in there at midnight there will be no hot water. This needs to be addressed. Also when someone applies does the manager for this club just not answer anyone? Really bad management here.
