Lots of variety of gym equipment too. The members are a mixed group of people; from the top athletes to the recovering injured. There is a sense of warmth, encouragement, and support among the members

My wish is for the gym to be larger and contain more equipment to meet my training goals. Currently, there are too many people that want to workout on the same equipment at the same time
