I’m currently sitting in my car outside the gym because I’m beyond frustrated with the experience I just had. Jordan was incredibly unprofessional and clearly not suited for customer service. He took his time assigning me to a bed, which shut off after just 2 minutes. When I asked him to restart it, I walked away assuming he was restarting the same bed, but instead, he reassigned me to a completely different one without saying a word. He watched me walk off without making any effort to clarify, then just sat behind the counter while I came back confused. To make things worse, I had to scan my QR code each time just to be reassigned, which made the process even more frustrating. When he finally assigned me to bed 4, someone was already on it. After several failed attempts and zero communication from him, I gave up and left. I told him his service was terrible, and instead of taking any responsibility or apologizing, he talked back with an attitude. I’ve had my fair share of issues at this location, but never anything like this. I genuinely look forward to my massage at the end of every workout, it’s supposed to be the relaxing part of my visit, and today’s experience was the complete opposite. I come here almost every day, and this kind of treatment is unacceptable, a manager needs to address this immediately.
