- TTTeeJul 29, 20251.0This location is the worst planet fitness I have ever visited! The a/c and ventilation are basically broken as it is a sauna in there! Place is dirty and bathrooms uncleaned! There is a disgusting looking leak from pipe in ceiling which has a bucket on floor to catch it (been there for over a year). Brought this up to management (still no change). If you travel at all out of the area to any other states you know how planet fitness experience should be! For some reason in central NY the pf locations are old and outdated! But atleast some of them are “do able” NOT this westvale location! This one is by far the worst one I have ever been to! Oh and you might as well bring your own towel to clean machines as most of the paper towel dispensers fo not work! Whoever owns this location should be stripped of their license to be a part of this franchise!
