  I joined a few months ago and after only going twice found out I had some medical stuff going on…I put my account on a medical hold and renewed that hold October…I woke up and found out my card had been charged…I called to talk to Aaron who was no help and very rude…He told me that he could message the manager but it wouldn’t be until Monday…when I asked about why it wouldn’t take til Monday he said the manager doesn’t answer his phone on the weekends…and when I asked for a number to talk to someone else he said our number is all over our website…so after hanging up I went to find it…the 3 numbers I called were no good…and I guess no one works for planet fitness on the weekends…Aaron was rude when talking to me and tried talking over me when I was explaining my problem…I told him he needed to be quiet and let me talk bc I did not interrupt him while he was talking to me…he told me that it was something on their end but could not tell me what it was…he went and renewed my hold but there was nothing wrong with the hold to begin with…I find it quite amusing though that my kid got fired from there and then my card gets charged and they can’t figure it out…do better planet fitness…I am disputing this with my bank…

  I got my membership I just haven't gone to use it yet it's not the same like they used to be now it's all computerized you can't take a friend with you because they have to have an app on your phone also to be able to get in with you other than that the place is real nice the employees are real nice I just need to get used to all that new changes
