I drive all the way from Cedar Hill @5am, Chris is always so welcoming and helpful, love coming to a place where you feel welcome. Chelsea is super kind, and her positive attitude makes my day, not to mention the new equipment the free weights are awesome.

My daughter left an item behind, and despite multiple attempts to contact staff and management, no one has returned my calls or shown any urgency in addressing the issue. What’s even more concerning is that one of the staff members openly admitted that if a member leaves something behind, other employees might take it home. That is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about honesty and integrity within the staff. Trying to get a manager to call back or take responsibility feels like pulling teeth. This is disgusting behavior for a business that’s supposed to promote a safe and trustworthy environment. I expected much better from Planet Fitness. Canceling our membership after 3/4 years.

JUST CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO NOT COME TO PLANET FITNESS ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION!!! STILL TAKING THIS HIGHER BECAUSE IT’S BS WHEN I PAY MONTHLY!!! VERY INCONVENIENT THAT I HAD TO SWITCH GYMS BUT I WILL NOT BE CALLED A THIEF WHEN I PAY A MONTHLY FEE!!! RUINED MY ENTIRE DAMN DAY!!!

I love working out here at this plant fitness on Campwisdom and come get you a good workout and also come see her clean the machines and greet you with a Beautiful Smile and thank you Chelsea for having great customer service we love you here ❤️❤️❤️❤️
