  Equipment and facilities are pretty clean and well maintained. The lack of access to the gender neutral bathroom is really bothersome to me as a transgender man. This location is home to a number of transgender/nonbinary folks who I know are also bothered by this. Personally, I do not feel safe using men's locker room because I cannot medically transition and "pass" in male spaces yet. I also feel uncomfortable going into the women's locker room because I am not supposed to be in there and the way I look often makes the women in there uncomfortable. They lock the gender neutral bathroom and it doesn't seem fair that I should have to go bother the staff to unlock it for me every time I need to change/use the bathroom. I'm genuinely looking at other local gyms that have more inclusive facilities because not being able to change or go to the bathroom comfortably is a huge deal breaker. It's really a shame too because everything else about this gym is quality and convenient.

  Ok so I wrote a review about a rude employee about toostie roll candy and how he rushed me out of gym! So now they took the candy toostie roll jar away like we are kids. JUST REMEMBER WHO PAYS FOR THOSE TOOSTIE ROLLS THAT YOU TOOK AWAY FROM YOUR MEMBERS FOR COMPLAINING? WELL PLANET FITNESS KEEP TREATING US LIKE CHILDREN?

  My 19 yr old son enlisted in the marine corp...he tried for 2 weeks to cancel his membership and they charged him a cancellation fee last night...he's overdrafted now and I don't have access to his account so even though he took the right steps he'll have 400$ worth of overdraft when he gets home from boot camp...I don't have access because he doesn't have his phone anymore...

  i am not good with electronics. i had to call the store today to get help with setting up the orientation class. the woman on the phone was super helpful and walked me through the process step by step. very professional and helpful. thank you for going above and beyond to help me.
