I can’t say enough great things about Noah at Planet Fitness. From the moment you walk in, he greets you with genuine warmth and a smile that instantly brightens your day. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment and always willing to give tips or answer questions, no matter how small.
What stands out the most is his positive energy—he makes the gym feel less intimidating and more like a welcoming community. You can tell he truly cares about members’ progress and comfort, and he goes above and beyond to keep the place clean, organized, and running smoothly.
If every employee was like Noah, every gym visit would be a highlight of the day. Planet Fitness is lucky to have him!

My review is based on the lack of customer service, accountability, or urgency to make a wrong right.
I approached staff on July 3rd about a payment issue and was told that the staff at my home gym did not have the authority to restore the payment plan that was promised me. However, someone would call me back. I did not get a call back, so I followed up five days later.
After connecting with the manager and hearing that she too unfortunately could not rectify the situation, she reached out to her boss and was waiting for a follow up from him. Over the next few weeks I periodically contacted PF since they were not following up as they had promised. Additionally, I tried without success to find a number online of someone higher up that could help and I also sought help via the PF app. I never received a response to this inquiry either.
After a month of seeking help and wondering why such a simple situation was still not taken care of, the manager at my home gym said I would have to call corporate for help because there was nothing she could do. I immediately contacted the number she gave me, but found that it lead to a series of voice message choices which all ended in "contact your home gym for help." When I shared this with the manager, she finally text her superior and asked him to contact me. I was assured that "John" would call me within a day if he did not call me that evening. It's been a week and unfortunately I am not surprised that I never received this phone call. The message that no one at PF at the higher levels wants to deal with customer service is loud and clear. I feel that they are trying to "run me down" until I am tired of seeking help to the solution and will just pay the higher price.
I have been with PF for years and generally found the staff to be kind and helpful, the building and machines clean, and perfect for my needs. I am happy to extend grace to PF if an employee made a mistake, but at this point, the lack of accountability and effort to make things right is not okay, and very disappointing.

I’ve given this place too many chances and spend money monthly . It’s always super crowded no matter morning or night . Then there barely are any machines you have to wait to use . Then NO ONE CLEANS THE MACHINES AFTER USING THEM . It’s just always something . I get up early and go a shave to damn near fight ppl to use machines . I’m done finding another gym

Not a safe place. Recently my Tesla was keyed by someone and there are no CCtV cameras in the lot as well. Not a proper response from them and I won’t recommend to take your cars specially Tesla and's go there..

Highest recommendations. Excellent Jim clean sanitized equipment friendly staff members. Excellent parking lot private and safe to park. Love the massage chairs aqua beds
