- JTJon-Paul TurekSep 21, 20253.0The gym floor is clean and kept. The Men's locker room is a different story. Everywhere thera can be water on the floor there is. Showers are gross at best.
- ANAn NguyenSep 13, 20251.0I cancelled my membership last month, but they still charged me the annual fee for 2025-2026, even though I hadn't used it. I emailed them but no one responded. I received only one email from them stating that I need to pay because I didn't cancel my membership within the 7 days before September, and I cancelled 3 days before the annual due date, so I have to pay. Why didn't anyone tell me about that when I signed up for the membership? I've been on PF for 2 years, but I will never use it again. I don't know why they just want to get $49 and beat that customer, even though this customer can be a loyal customer for a long time? So funny!
