I spoke with Miranda, a manager, and I cannot say enough about how professional, kind, efficient and cool that she was. I think we should have Miranda's everywhere. I gained a full understanding of my question, proceeded to work out and had a great experience from start to finish. Thank you again Miranda. I will also say the facility was spotless.

This woman seems very impatient and shouldn’t be answering phone calls. I’m not normally someone who complains or has issues with representatives but this lady has given me trouble the past 3 times I have called simply asking for help. Honestly thinking about canceling my membership altogether because I’ve been made feel like an issue so many times by this woman.
