- BMBillie McShane1 day ago2.0Hmm...where do I start? One lady at the desk was very nice and friendly, the other was rude and made it clear that I was bothering her. They don't have a Total Body Enhancement Machine. The layout of the gym feels like one is crammed into a box. The stair masters are ancient. They don't have hydromassage beds but have the uncomfortable loungers instead.

- DFDevon FlanaganSep 12, 20255.0I was working out at the Newburyport Planet Fitness on a Friday night and finished my run on the treadmill about 10–15 minutes before closing. My AirPod fell out, landed on the treadmill, and flew somewhere out of sight. I searched for about 10 minutes, and by then the gym was closing. Instead of rushing me out at 9:00, George and Amy stayed and helped me look until my AirPod was found. They were incredibly kind and truly put effort into helping me. It’s staff like this that can turn a stressful moment into a positive one and really make someone’s day. I truly appreciated them and will be coming back here more often!
