  charged me 49$ then 25$ and my membership is canceled 2 months ago, called them and they gave me the wrong customer service number. NEVER going back to there gym EVER again

  I should’ve know better when I see a lot reviews about how had the employee’s attitude are, I’ve been going over a week and no one has asked about my picture. The night i went the guy at the front desk stop me and ask if he can take a picture of me with no clarification what it’s for, so i said no, and he give me attitude and tell me “don’t flatter yourself”, when i’m just confused on what’s the picture for because i’ve been going and no one said anything until now. Super unprofessional and uncalled for, so I do not recommend this location at all unless you wanted to be treated like trash

  Planet Fitness has a lot of exercise machines and equipment. They have several massage chairs and tanning rooms. The gym is affordable and always offers great deals. Many Planet Fitnesses are open 24 hours during weekdays. If you become a black card member, you can visit any Planet Fitness location, and there are locations everywhere. Overall, Planet Fitnesses are great gyms and the staff are very friendly.

  The bathroom and locker rooms are dirty. It gets really hot during the summer. The patrons also keep the washbasin dirty and often gross. They do not turn on the AC (or at least appropriately). The ventilation is also very bad especially in stretching areas and cardio section. There are also some patrons who play music loudly on their phones, and some who loudly shout while exercising. Otherwise we love planet fitness and the machines are generally clean.
