  I absolutely love this gym, especially now that new girl Rhianna has been working there. She lights up the place every time she walks in, and you can tell how much of a people person she really is. All the members feel so comfortable with and gravitate towards her. I was feeling a little hesitant and self-conscious when I first started my weight loss journey, but the Holyoke staff and especially Rhianna as well, have done a great job encouraging me and keeping me motivated! Definitely couldn’t have done it alone! 😊

  Love this planet fitness a lot of people know me after going for a whole year and 3 months and everyone Friendly respectful here always clean love it and it’s comfortable their no complaints about it even tho it pretty far and i have one by parker street but no matter what dis is the only gym I’ll come to

  I like the gym and it's very clean but they really need to do something about the showers in the women's locker room. There is no monitoring the temperature of the water in the showers.You turn on the faucet and you automatically get scalded unless somebody else is in another shower at the same time. That is the one and only time that you can control the temperature. I should not come out of a shower beat red because I can't even control the temperature to make it colder. I've been told three times that this has been looked at and the temperature has been up to code by a plumber. Well unless that plumber wants to be scalded because I'm not the only one who has complained about this.

  There was a Mall gun shooting today(7/25/25) at Holyoke Mall. Where shots were fired, Planet fitness Staff during the incident was very rapid in responding with the shooting. Making sure everybody is safe! Following standard protocol while law enforcement operate in the hot zone. Thanks to the PF staff who offered us a ride to safely evacuate us away from the scene since our car keys were locked up in the locker room. Kudos! and I(we) appreciate all the things you’ve done to keep everybody safe before anything else! *sorry I wasn’t able to get permission to upload pictures, but you deserve to be credited! You guys are awesome.
