She lights up the place every time she walks in, and you can tell how much of a people person she really is. All the members feel so comfortable with and gravitate towards her. I was feeling a little hesitant and self-conscious when I first started my weight loss journey, but the Holyoke staff and especially Rhianna as well, have done a great job encouraging me and keeping me motivated! Definitely couldn’t have done it alone! 😊

- RQRobin QuevedoAug 11, 20252.0I like the gym and it's very clean but they really need to do something about the showers in the women's locker room. There is no monitoring the temperature of the water in the showers.You turn on the faucet and you automatically get scalded unless somebody else is in another shower at the same time. That is the one and only time that you can control the temperature. I should not come out of a shower beat red because I can't even control the temperature to make it colder. I've been told three times that this has been looked at and the temperature has been up to code by a plumber. Well unless that plumber wants to be scalded because I'm not the only one who has complained about this.
