    Go to several locations due to work. Am black card member. Asked to use tanning machine and was asked to show I had goggles. Attendant obviously did not believe me and blamed to be be corporate policy. I hope not , as it would show how little you trust you clients. Space is too small. Not enough machines for weights. Black card area is large. Think it would take a bomb to get the staff to get off their phones.

    I have been calling planet fitness now for 6 months. Every month they told me I did not have a membership, so I should not be charged, but yet I continuously got charged. I even got charged twice in May. I spoke to billing, someone named Eric, the front desk, and everyone between. I left the state of New Mexico in May, so I canceled before I left. When speaking to Eric AGAIN, he happened to find my membership, but refused to reimburse me. He was very rude without letting me speak, nor caring about my concern. He hung up on me without looking up that I havent been to a planet fitness in 6 months. Im nervous I will be charged again next month without any way to dispute again. The way Eric judged me is against the entire planet fitness saying. He puts profit over people.

    I became a member here in 2014. Earlier this year I tried to freeze my membership and they could not figure out how to do that. Then I tried to cancel my membership in july this year. Since then I have moved away. My membership is still not cancelled and I am still getting charged every month. They really value long time members here...NOT!

    There is always something broken. There was no water the other day. Which is not great as there's no way to wash hands after using the bathroom. Very unhygienic.
