- RRrubyred7Sep 8, 20251.0I would give it a zero if possible. I've been having the same issue for months. The app keeps telling me that my payment isn't going through. I have consistently checked- my checking account and back up card are correct. Those work outside of this app. I have been calling many times with the promise of receiving a call from their manager (who seems to never be there in person). I have never received a call from one.
