- ICImani CurtisOct 13, 20251.0The regional manager made the decision to ban me from this facility because apparently they allow their employees to treat everyone differently based on the time of day or their personal feelings. No one behaved like a professional. I have had a bad experience with McKayla and Salem. They caused an issue with me for going to use the restroom, after checking in with my membership. I came in earlier today and they allowed us to warm up our food and use the bathroom, yet when I returned I was questioned about my shoewear. The same slides I had on my feet when I used the bathroom earlier in the day, I have been told are now a problem for me to wear into the restroom. Never in my time using my Planet Fitness membership across the U.S. have I had such an absurd issue. I would understand if I was using the workout equipment but if I want to enter the gym in whatever I am wearing to shower or use the bathroom I do not understand that. Salem’s excuse for saying nothing to me earlier was that he was not paying attention because he was helping someone else. Not my problem. Consistency is key! Either way who cares this much…. NO ONE! I have video proof as well. The facility manager didn’t even contact me back himself. He has his incompetent employees relay the message to my husband. I hope to hear from corporate soon.

Salem, Cayden, and Joey has always been very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this Gym for anyone that is looking for a Clean gym with plenty of equipment and awesome staff.
