0 stars. I ordered a pizza online and it said it would be a 20 to 40 minute wait time. I went into pick up my pizza and two of the customers there said they had been waiting over an hour and a half to get their pizza. I did not have the time to do that so I asked them to cancel my order. The girl on the line pulled my tag off of the line and crumbled it up and said the manager would have to manually cancel it later and I would get a refund. Like you would guess that refund never happened and I went back in the next day to try and get my money back And she wrote down my information again and I still have not gotten a refund. So save your money go get a pizza from ski Mountain. Wish I could give 0 stars

We ordered 2 pizzas and 3 sides for delivery. At 90 minutes, we called and the woman we spoke to was aware that our order was taking a long time. She said it would arrive within 30 minutes. After 30 additional minutes, we called again and spoke with a man who identified himself as the manager. He said the problem was our fault because the payment hadn't processed. This was not true. He never offered an apology. He was very unprofessional. We canceled the order and are expecting a FULL refund - one that is returned as quickly as the money had been taken out of the account!

Went for dinner on a Tuesday evening in October. Got there around 8:30pm and had to wait for around 20 minutes. Ordered quick after being seated, but still, the food took time to arrive. I had the meatball marinara appetizer which was delicious. Then I tried the Greek gyro pizza which was listed as a chef's recommendation on the menu, and it was disappointing. Way too oily, and lots of feta and other cheese. Would have liked to see more veggies and lamb on it. Got a 10% discount because I was staying at the adjacent Sleep Inn, and before tips, total came to just under 30 bucks. There are 3 booths inside the restaurant, and 7-8 tables with capacity for 4-6 people each.

So me and a group of friends came in , we were not welcomed, the reception lady did not get what we meant, and we couldn’t understand what she was trying to say as well………. We wanted to separate into 3 tables, but the lady said they want to maximize the seating, and give us one large table and one regular seat. I tried to ask her if we can separate into 3 regular seating, but she left with her head shaking..? And we didn’t know what to do, so we followed what she said.
The food was average, the sampler platers.. literally taste like something you bought from supermarket and fried at home.
The Hawaiian pizza we ordered was burnt, and the amazing lasagna pizza, sorry I just can’t. 🙂↔️

피자 맛집을 기대하며 방문했으나, Pizzeria of Gatlinburg에서의 경험은 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 전반적인 위생, 서비스, 음식 품질 모두에서 최악이었습니다.
1. 위생 상태 (최악)
• 화장실은 정말 최악이었습니다. 청결 상태가 심각하여 식당의 전반적인 위생 관리에 의문이 들 정도였습니다. 손님을 맞이하는 공간의 기본적인 청결 유지가 전혀 되고 있지 않은 것 같았습니다.
2. 서비스 (불친절)
• 서버의 태도 역시 불친절했습니다. 응대가 무성의하고 손님을 환영하는 느낌이 전혀 없었으며, 서비스 측면에서 매우 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 식사 내내 불편함을 느꼈습니다.
3. 음식 품질 (실망스러운 피자)
• 가장 중요한 음식, 특히 피자는 제가 지금까지 먹어 본 피자 중에 최악이었습니다. (사진의 피자 언급)
• (사진에 보이는 피자 토핑: 살라미나 햄 종류, 버섯, 리코타/모짜렐라 덩어리) 소금덩어리
• 도우의 식감이나 토핑의 조화가 엉망이었고, 전체적인 맛의 균형이 무너져 있었습니다. 이 식당의 이름이 '피자리아(Pizzeria)'라는 것이 무색할 정도의 품질이었습니다.
• 함께 주문했던 모차렐라 스틱(사진) 역시 평범하거나 그 이하였습니다.
총평:
가게 외벽 인테리어(돌벽)와 분위기는 나쁘지 않았지만, 기본적으로 식당이 갖춰야 할 위생, 친절한 서비스, 그리고 무엇보다 음식의 맛(피자)이 모두 낙제점이었습니다. 게이틀린버그에서 다른 훌륭한 식당을 찾아보시길 강력하게 권유합니다. 피자를 좋아하신다면 이곳은 피하시는 것이 좋습니다.
