  Ordered a pizza online for delivery. I ordered tonight. The order was supposed to arrive and it never did. I called and the person the answered the phone was irritated that I called. She said that she thought the order was for pickup. I told her there's even a delivery fee of $2.50. She told me that she was going to make the pizza and have it delivered. She waited till right after they closed then just refunded the money, and didn't tell me. I waited for another hour before I noticed that that pizza was never going to come. First time and last time I ever try this place. I guess a refund (without telling me) + waiting for hours is at least better than a cold spat-on pizza (X2) by a disgruntled employee who very clearly hated her job. The tone of her voice made it very clear that she didn't want to deliver the pizza. But the fact she told me she was going to made me wait, and waste my time.

  1. Order food as delivery 2. They mislabel as pickup, call 30 minutes later, said they would heat and deliver 3. THEY REFUND WITH ZERO NOTICE AT 9:40 PM 4. Very disappointed I probably won't consider this place again. Sandwiches tonight i guess thanks

  The staff was very helpful and always responded positively and quickly to our needs and requests.

  How in the world is there no fresh pizza (and hardly any pizza) on a buffet line at dinner time? And why is there a tipping screen put in my face before we eat only for the staff to do virtually nothing while we’re there. This place was a criminal rip off.
