  We were there for lunch on Thursday the 16th of October..Our 50th Anniversary, The place was sticky and dirty,the pizza was cold and hard,It was a really bad let down,The staff was lazy,They Left the dirty plates intil we left..No one was whipping tables..The Windows were streaked with filth,And it cost a terrble amount for small senior eaters to have to pay..We are so disappointed..Our Anniversary was runed...!!

  Went there today, on a Thursday with my family for dinner. My friend had mentioned they had wings on Thursdays a few months back. I have been wanting to try them out. Got their at about 3:45 and left at about 5:30 and they never put them out. I asked multiple employees and they all said in a few minutes. Pretty disappointed about that, but food was still pretty good.

  Dirty and sticky. Staff walks by without acknowledgment of your presence. Greeting at the door was “how can I help you” with obvious disdain and despair. Pizza was cold and minimal choice. Salad bar was as tho a 4 year old had gone thru it previously but was left it that state for our whole visit. The only food choice at the buffet that was well stocked was the fried chicken. You like all you can eat chicken with a side of broken dreams and your shoes sticking to the floor, this is your place.

  Place was dirty, and the food on the buffet was cold, and you could tell it had been there for a while. It seemed like they were short on help, and the ones that were there didn't want to do much.

It’s clear that Molly has a deep connection with her team as well—she leads with such professionalism, making sure everything runs smoothly while still taking time to interact with her staff and provide guidance. You can tell they really respect her because she leads by example. What really stands out is how **Molly** ensures the food is always fresh and hot. Whether it’s her overseeing the buffet or managing the kitchen staff, you can trust that the pizza is always perfectly made, and nothing ever seems to run out. There’s something about knowing the food is consistently fresh that elevates the entire dining experience. And while it’s clear Molly manages everything behind the scenes with precision, she’s also always in the dining area, cleaning tables and making sure things are tidy. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on, but Molly makes it look effortless. Even when she’s busy overseeing everything, she’s always there to make sure your experience is top-notch. Visiting Pizza Ranch in Brainerd isn’t just about getting great food—**it’s an experience in itself, and Molly has made it a GREAT experience**. After visiting three other branches, I can confidently say that I will always choose the Brainerd location.
