- TSTammy Santos5 days ago5.0Couldn't do buffet due to allergies to gluten. Manager was so nice and understanding. The gluten free pizza was made and boxed then brought to my table. The pizza was so good. Not thin crust like most GF pizzas. Here from out of state and the staff did not disappoint.

Mgr was very respectful in training a new employee & the employee didn’t appear intimidated by the mgr (some mgrs like to show their rank over staff which can make new staff nervous). Special pizza that I ordered came out the fastest of any store I’ve been to. Often it doesn’t come out until I’m almost done eating. Very friendly & attentive wait staff. SO SO appreciate those in this age group that are actually willing to work. Unfortunately that’s no longer the “norm”, extra kudos to them! Food was always rotated & dried out old food removed instead of leaving it out. Nice to have hot & fresh!! One last thing, Pizza Ranch rewards seem to add up & earn much more quickly than a lot of others out there. Please build in Shawano WI!!! 😁😁😁😁
