The kids ate and went to play, came back and ate some more. They were the happiest 10year old boys. We will definitely be back.

- JBJesse BrownSep 16, 20253.0Came for buffet at 530, no chicken on the buffet at a all you can eat pizza and chicken place, like that happens, so we waited 10 mins for chicken and when we went for salad had no ranch available, when asked to refill was given an attitude. Came to play games with children have to buy a card to play for credits, going to get a $20 card when go to pay its $22 because you have to pay $2 for the card itself. For a family friendly place, we paid $70 to wait for food, given attitude then be taken advantage of to make our children happy. To me, may need to look at your practices on how you run your business, someone that makes as much as this one does still charges to use a credit card just to pay the check. Needless to say to have someone actually want to enjoy your establishment, maybe include things in the prices and think ahead so there are no SURPRISE charges towards the customer!
