- BLBrittany Luong4 days ago3.0We’ve been going for years and up until a year or so ago we were always happy. The staff was on top of it and they were friendly. We never had plates stacked up. Never had an issue finding a clean table when coming in. Lately. Like the other day we went and it was full. Many families were allowed to pay to eat buffet yet there were zero tables available to eat at. Someone should be monitoring this and ensuring you don’t let people pay and just wander aimlessly hoping one of the young staff members who is just standing there chatting with friends at other tables will do their job and clear a table for you. I had to ask a girl who was just hanging out on the job to do her job and clear a table just so we could eat after 5 min looking and waiting. I witnessed Many other families have the same problem. I witnessed one guy go the the manager who had been on the floor the entire time seeing the chaos in the dining area and do nothing, tell him there’s 5 tables dirty, no one’s at and many people waiting for said tables yet no one was clearing them. It wasn’t until a customer called him out that he started telling the employee to clean the tables and then ran around himself clearing them. Ridiculous!
