  While i was eating, I was asked not once but twice if I had paid for my food, I finally got my receipt out to prove I did pay and didn't she didn't apologize, a manager finally came to see what the issue was but by then I was done, apparently, after I walked off mad and embarrassed the manager did apologize to my wife. Not sure when I'll be back

  Pizza Ranch is impressive! The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is attentive and polite. They have a massive arcade with such a variety of games and we had a blast! We seen 1 game go down while we were there and they had it fixed within 15 minutes which doesnt happen in any arcade we have been to before. The games are down everywhere else for days, sometimes even weeks or months. Their food was good actually really good the potatoes gravy and chicken were on point! I appreciate that they have salad as an option too. All around YES I'm so happy they came to Great Falls 😁

  Every time we come in we have a great experience. The staff is so friendly. We really enjoy pizza ranch because its a great buffet and a great place for us to take our child to have fun. The selection of food is always great! They are great at keeping their buffet stocked up with food and got very very rarely see an open spot. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

  Cant eat in peace employees keep bugging me for plates if i sit down they'll keep walking past me or eye me from a distance to get my plate if you wanna eat in peace find a corner and pray an employee dont find you if they do they'll ask you if ur done with that plate you could have food remaining on the plate and eating it and they'll still ask for ur plate Note: Just fire all the teen waitresses they're not professional whatsoever and dont know how to let there customers eat in peace P.S Avoid this location like the plague go to the helena location

  This was my first time visiting Pizza Ranch in Great Falls on September 26th, and I was very impressed! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the management team is wonderful. The buffet is fantastic—there are plenty of pizza options, including dessert pizzas, and the salad bar has a wide variety of fresh choices. The hot food line with chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn was also well-stocked and delicious. I especially loved the new Pepsi machines and the ice cream machine—both are excellent! From what management told me, this is the largest Pizza Ranch location, and it definitely shows. I even had the chance to meet the owner and thank him for bringing this restaurant to Great Falls—it’s something our community really needed. The Fun Zone is a great addition for both kids and adults, with lots of games to choose from. A few machines were down, but that’s normal for a brand-new business, and I’m confident everything will be running smoothly soon. I also met a manager and his wife visiting from Butte, and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, this Pizza Ranch is off to a great start. Be patient, be thankful, and definitely go give it a try. Well done, Pizza Ranch!
