  Health and Sanitation Complaint – Monticello, MS Pizza Inn Dear Pizza Inn Corporate Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a highly concerning sanitation and customer service issue I experienced at your Monticello, MS location. While dining at the restaurant, I observed the manager on duty engaging in multiple unsanitary practices. The manager was handling the cash register, touching doors, and moving around the restaurant without washing their hands or wearing gloves. When I politely asked for more lettuce at the salad bar, the manager became visibly frustrated stomping, mumbling, and proceeding to the salad bar without gloves. More disturbingly, the manager grabbed the salad container with bare hands, opened the back door, walked into the freezer, retrieved a bag of lettuce, cut it open, and used his bare hands to transfer the lettuce directly into the salad container. At no point were gloves used, nor did the manager wash his hands throughout this process. This behavior is not only unprofessional but a serious health code violation. Food safety and proper hygiene are basic expectations for any restaurant, and this experience was beyond unacceptable.
