I went to the drive thru pick up window and waited with zero service or acknowledgement for 15mins while I could see my order threw the window lol. Decided screw it and went in to pick it up; no big deal. The staff inside was rude and not very friendly. I felt bad I was being polite and wanted my lunch so I could get back to work this had been a 20min ordeal at this point lol. Whoever was working the window straight up wasn't doing their job. Food was not very good as it had been sitting done for probably 25ish mins if I had to guess.
