  Ordered a couple of last minute pizzas after a long day of traveling. The pizzas were prepared and delivered in 20-25 minutes and were delicious! I will rate the “atmosphere” when we dine in.

  if i could give a ZERO i would ! there is not a worse managed restaurant on 30a - Two pizzas takes over an hour - they do not answer their phone and they don’t have online order access. Last time I ordered it was soggy but out of convenience 2 years later thought i’d try again. Save your money & your time.

  We really enjoy Pizza by the Sea when in the area! It’s pricey pizza, but it’s an expensive area to run a business. Don’t miss the house salad. It’s simple but something about the combination of chopped romaine and mozzarella is so craveable.

  We love Pizza by the Sea! It’s our favorite pizza place! Jamie was so helpful and her suggestion of the buffalo chicken pizza was spot on! Can’t wait to come back!
