  I noticed water coming down a wall in my main stairwell and initially thought the source was a sprinkler head. After reaching out to Pittsburgh Fire Sprinkler, I spoke with Chad, who quickly helped me identify the real issue. He had me check the bathroom above the affected area, and sure enough, the leak was coming from a toilet, not a sprinkler system. Chad resolved the issue in just a few minutes—over the phone no less! He even recommended a plumber to handle the fix. I can’t thank Chad enough for his expertise, kindness, and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond, and I will definitely be reaching out to Pittsburgh Fire Sprinkler in the future for any sprinkler-related needs.

  I contacted this company about doing a walk-thru of my property to assess the needs for fire protection. The worker who arrived, Brian W, was initially pleasant, but once I started to ask questions he became very hostile and scary. He ranted that doing a walk-thru assessment was a waste of his time and that he had actual customers to visit and that I should just sign off on what he wanted to do without question. If this is the caliber of employee they hire, then I believe the whole company to be suspect.

  I did not have work performed by these guys but today 7/16 I pulled out of a parking lot across from their business. Doing so I left an iPad and envelope of cash on the side of my truck and dropped it in the street. These guys grabbed the iPad, the remaining money that wasn't stolen yet by others, and called to return it to me. This speaks volumes to the type of people that run and work for the business! Thanks again fellas, i greatly appreciate the act of kindness!

  Always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. I have had the owners and company technicians to my home for maintenance and repairs over the years and cannot recommend them highly enough--if you have questions or need service of any kind, this is the company to call.
