Fantastic experience! As someone who has avoided the dentist for decades, the staff and Dr Kelly were wonderful, with no judgement. All my dental work was done quickly and efficiently - sedation is the best. I’m not nearly as anxious about seeing the dentist anymore.

Since moving to Pittsburgh, I needed to find a new dentist, and after seeing all the amazing Google reviews, I decided to try out Pittsburgh Dental Spa. I’m so glad I did! They were able to schedule my first appointment within a week, which was super convenient. During my first cleaning, the hygienist was incredibly kind and helpful. I usually get a little anxious at the dentist, and she took the time to explain everything as she went along, which really helped me relax. I ended up needing a few cavities filled, and Dr. Kelly was fantastic—so friendly, precise, and quick! Theresa, who assisted during my fillings, was also so sweet and personable; she truly helped calm my nerves. Everyone I interacted with was professional, informative, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful to have found this place—highly recommend Pittsburgh Dental Spa to anyone looking for an amazing dental experience!

Lost one of my front tooth veneers on Tuesday evening. Was really panicked. Besides looking and sounding ridiculous, I was even more traumatized since I am am a working musician with a scheduled gig this Saturday night. Was in a panic about getting it fixed. Left a message with the Dental Spa. They scheduled me to come in the following morning at 7 AM. Assessed the problem. Discussed my options (either a dental implant or dental bridge) and immediately got to work. Did all the prep, including the extraction of my broken front tooth and had me on my way in just a couple of hours with a great temporary bridge. The veneer was about 30 years old with a life expectancy of roughly 30 years. I dreaded the day that it would finally fail. Actually both my front teeth were done at the same time and I feared that time was running out on the other front tooth. Made sense to replace both with a bridge. I have been a patient at the Dental Spa for years. Have had work done there before including a previous bridge. Have had no problems or issues. The staff was friendly, kind and professional. Very caring. While I am not afraid of going to the dentist, I do fear the sudden loss of a tooth or serious dental issue and the concern that it can't be addressed quickly. I am so thankful for the folks at the Dental Spa for coming to my rescue. This wasn't the first time. I had an old crown that came off a year ago or so ago, done by another dentist. They had me come in the next morning and glued it back in within a half hour. I appreciate their support and genuine compassion. It's comforting to know they are there.

My name is Rob Lydiard and I suffered most of my life Struggling to smile with a smile that wasn’t nice to look at so 6 years ago I had 95% of my mouth renovated except 3 teeth. I paid them roughly $18,000 to make sure that I never had to deal with a crappy smile again. I had two - 4 hr sedation Dentistry surgeries to have root Canals done on just about every one of my teeth on the top and then capped. Then on the bottom I have a partial implant from canine to canine on my lower set of teeth as well as two implants and caps on the rest of the teeth. Initially, they look very nice and I was very happy with them, but quickly thereafter they started to crack, chip color and fallout. I have a pretty good routine with maintaining my teeth daily, So you can imagine the shock I had with the outcome of these teeth. When I contacted Robinson dental spa after my front tooth fell out, at my appt they charged me $280 just for some glue and Didn’t offer any kind of remedy to the issue. I literally feel like I’ve been scammed! I spoke with the lady at the front desk and explained my situation and my concern and I was told “oh, we don’t guarantee any of our teeth”. I paid on these teeth longer than they even lasted. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the treatment and The lack ofcare that I’ve gotten at Robinson dental spa and honestly, it’s very disheartening to pay premium prices for less than premium services. There Has to be something they can do to help me in this situation. It can’t possibly be to just spend another 18 grand just so I can smile for the next two years. This whole situation with my teeth and Robinson dental spa has made me sick! I don’t make much and I bust my back for the money I make so for me to just hand this type of money over and Robinson dental spa to literally care less about my smile just a year or two later is disgusting to me. I would suggest saving your money and going to ANY dentist other than Robinson dental spa. They take advantage of their patients and their location. I have attached a picture of my teeth. You see how they have broken cracked discolored or completely fallen out. None of them are even even anymore! Tell me honestly, does this look like an $18,000 smile?! If so, then this Dentist is for you.
