Third edit: I had the GM reach out to me to applogize for the situation and offer me a refund or a free item. I appreciate the willingness to make it right and the professionalism he communicated. I did decline the refund, since I did raise my voice at the employee and I don't want to make either of us uncomfortable by coming back in. Thank you for reaching out Pita Pit. While I won't return, I do hope you train your employees to excel so you can succeed as a business I used to love.
I am honestly so tired of this place since it has gone absolutely down hill in recent years.
I had a horrible experience with your person working, the receipt says "SuperB". I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, I asked for spinach instead of lettuce, and no tomatoes. None of these changes were on the sandwich. I let her know that she didn't do the changes and she remade it for me. The second one she made was half the size as the first one, and this one had the changes but she didn't put the avocado in it. I had to wait on her since she kept going in the back and I had to loudly say "hello??" a couple of times for her to come back out. All she did was offer to give me the avocado on the side. I said I would just like a refund since she messed up the order again, like I don't even want the sandwich anymore. She refused since she had already remade it for me. Sure, she already remade it, but she remade it WRONG. I am appalled by this policy. Please hire better people.
Edit: She didn't even put the changes I asked for on the receipt. Maybe you should do that, you know, so you can make orders correctly.
Edit edit: SuperB offered a refund if I took the review down. I am appalled. I am not going to be bribed to remove my honest feedback. Deal with your awful service, cause you won't get mine ever again. She should be ashamed for that, I threw the sandwich away and walked out because that is so ridiculous. Keep my money, that is such a shady way to operate customer's honest reviews.
