Love Heath and his crew! They have been taking care of our pool for two years now, and they’ve been fantastic. Incredibly reliable, which is rare these days! They helped us with a full liner replacement, fixed a tricky sand filter pipe issue, and handle our pool opening and closing every season without a hitch. Also love how thorough they are with cleaning. It’s a huge relief knowing we can count on them to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommend!

Heath is awesome. Always came through. Made me feel comfortable. Great work and never complained. I offered more money to him and he denied. He said this is all part of his job. Great guy!!!!

I had been using this company for many years without issues, when the owner, Heath, was personally involved with openings and closings. He was not in the "crew" closing my pool last year, or opening this year, which resulted in parts of skin and fur of a dead, decomposing opossum being left in the bottom of my inground pool!! When I contacted Heath about the disgusting way my pool was left, as well as the empty bottles of chemicals thrown around the ground, Stating that if he could not be a part of the process, then I would be seeking another pool company, he replied, "Do what you have to do." WOW! He even said he had seen my pool when he came the morning after my opening to start the filter and heater, since his "crew" wasn't ready when the water truck came to fill it. There is debris from last year/fall/winter on the bottom! Big, black, rotted leaves, dirt, and probably more dead animal parts, and he wouldn't send someone to vacuum it out?!? Why wasn't it vacuumed opening day like all the previous years??? He said I could go on weekly maintenance schedule, LOL. Certainly Pisces Pools is not concerned with customer relations.
