- SSSahran3 days ago5.0After leaving an eye doctor who seemed to not take time with his patients, thia office was a pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly and almost no wait time. Doctor took his time explaining everything to me. Glad I found this practice.
- JCJose Castro4 days ago1.0I went to Dr. Pisacano for a second opinion on my eye surgery and was given a prescription for glasses that did not resolve my issue. The glasses are terrible and I can't see with them. So I came back to try and resolve this and one of their doctors started yelling at me as if I was crazy. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to help resolve my problem. According to her "nothing was wrong with the glasses." Tell me how that's the case if I can't see with the prescription THEY gave me...? Now I'm $500 in the hole and still can't see properly. Definitely do not recommend.

I saw the team work that the employees showed to every patient that walked in that building. I loved my experiences that I encountered each time that I came there. The surgery was miraculous, I walked out of the New Rochelle clinic amazed and happy that Dr Michael Piscano did such a fanatic job, there was no pain or anything .I didn’t believe what had happened. It was a smooth operation. I can’t wait to do the second eye. Keep up the good work.

I was recommended by my primary Optometrist and thought to myself "oh boy another Dr taking a look at my, borderline glaucoma eyes again 😔" But to my dismay this entire establishment was really a welcoming experience for me. Not only was the Dr very professional and proficient she (Dr. Anna Djougarian) answered all of my many questions 😆 And the receptionists along with the techs were very kind & caring.
