- GGGeorge Georgiou5 days ago5.0Piperperformance is absolutely amazing! Their work, their communication, and their customer service are second to none. I had a freak accident when a commercial mower slingshotted a huge rock into my Acura MDX, shattering the passenger-side window and badly damaging the door frame. I was pretty discouraged, but the Piperperformance team made the whole process stress-free. They handled everything directly with my insurance company and even kept the rental car company updated along the way so I always knew how long I’d need a rental. On top of that, they kept me personally informed with updates the entire time. When the repairs were finished, Jaime (the owner) went the extra mile and personally delivered my car back to me. The repairs were flawless and my MDX looks like nothing ever happened. For body work or any car repairs, Piperperformance is my go-to from here on out, and I’ll keep recommending them to anyone who needs work done. Thank you, Jaime and the Piperperformance team, for going above and beyond!

Chrissy was amazing and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They take a lot of pride in the work they do and the service they provide and rightfully so. The only complaint that I did have, when addressed, was immediately rectified and the owner made a point to call me personally to apologize and fix the issue. For me, that deserves 5 stars because in my experience, it’s not common to have a business listen to a complaint and take action on it. The owner takes pride in his business and it shows in such a good way. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the experience and given that it’s a collision repair service, hopefully I won’t need to go back any time soon!
