  Pipeliners did amazing work repairing our complicated mess of sewer lines in our 1920s craftsman home. Luke and Brian were great in communicating to us the scope of the job and scheduling the work, and came back to address some concerns we had before work began. They came up with a great solution to replace most of the old existing pipe to our tub, toilet and sink, and run liner through the pipe under the house to our main sewer section outside. This allowed us to keep our original hardwood floors in one piece and keep overall demolition in the house to a minimum. The techs Nate, Rhett, and Owen were careful with our old home while completing the work and are very knowledgeable and thorough in their process. Nate gave us a full rundown of everything they found and did afterwards. They quickly came back to replace some leaking angle stops for us as well at our request, and were very reasonable on price. They state they don’t specialize in traditional plumbing, but are skilled in the practices, and were able to get us all taken care of without needing to contract out to another company. We are looking forward to working with them again for the next part of our project. Thank you Pipeliners!

  Our home was built in 1964, and we recently discovered that our pipes were in terrible condition. We were extremely worried—not only about the extent of the problem but also about what options were available to us and whether we could afford them. In a time when it often feels like companies are only focused on making money, our experience with Pipeliners was the exact opposite. What we found instead was patience, genuine help, and high-quality work. In our household, two of us live with disabilities, and Rolando and Isaac were incredibly respectful of our request to keep noise to a minimum. We understand this was a big ask given the nature of the work, but they did their best to accommodate us—and they truly made it work. Rolando always took the time to check in before leaving each day to see if we had any questions or concerns. Each day, after completing their work, Rolando and Isaac left the area clean and clearly explained the next steps, including when they would return and what to expect. Their professionalism and communication were consistent and appreciated. The owner, Luke, was also excellent. He was always available to answer questions—even if it meant repeating answers more than once. He understood that I sometimes needed extra clarity, and he never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pipeliners to anyone looking for a non-invasive, thorough, and supportive solution for pipe issues. Their team truly went above and beyond for us.

  Had a big crack in my old cast iron pipe. I called three different companies; the one that stood out the most was Pipeliners. Brian came out, gave me an estimate, and was very knowledgeable and down to earth. When it came time to fix the pipe, Isaac and Rolando came out and did a fantastic job. They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely use them again. I also didn't mention Luke, the dispatcher, who scheduled everything and kept me up to date and made sure I was on schedule.

  We recently had our 50- 60-year-old plumbing completely repiped or relined by Pipeliners, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish! This was a big project, but the team exceeded our expectations in every way. Nathan and Rhett, the technicians who handled the work in our home, were absolutely fabulous. They were skilled, professional, and took great care to respect our home while getting the job done right. They patiently answered our questions, kept everything clean throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and well-managed. A huge thank you also goes to Luke, the project manager, who coordinated everything . His communication was excellent—he kept us informed at each stage and made sure the project was finished despite a few delays. Our home feels brand new with its updated plumbing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results and avoided tearing up our entire house. We highly recommend Pipeliners for anyone needing repiping or plumbing services. They are a company you can trust, with a team that truly goes the extra mile.
