  I used Pinnacle to help take care of my Aunts house for restoration work and a mold inspection. The team was very professional and informative both in their process and the team.   The company did an awesome job in repair/restore of a water damage ceiling in my garage due to a water leak a couple of weeks ago. Bennie was meticulous and his attention to detail for the excellent work on patching up/repairing the damage drywall...you can't see/tell the difference of the before and after of the damage to the ceiling because it was restored beautifully, I can tell Bennie takes pride in his work! I highly recommend Pinnacle Restoration for their professionalism, customer service, excellent work and quick response to my request. Thank you.

  We had an inspector come out for our buyer and said that he saw moisture in our ceiling downstairs despite there being no hike in our water bill or visible water damage. My husband and I didn't believe there was any mositure so we decided to get a second opinion through Pinnacle Restoration. Miranda was dispatched to us same day within an hour of putting in my request. She was super friendly and knowledgable. She was able to use a thermal camera and a mositure meter to see that there was NO moisture in our ceiling. She tooks tons of pictures as evidence. Even though this company didn't do any repairs for us, I appreciate the customer service and how quickly they got someone out to take a look for a second opinion. If I ever needed this kind of work in the future, I definitely would use this company!
