Pinnacle is great! I used them for a new roof and they were extremely professional, efficient, and affordable. If you need a new roof from someone you can trust and that is local and will be here if you need them in the future, I highly recommend Pinnacle!

All I wanted was a quote from this company so I could decide if I wanted to go through insurance or pay out of pocket. They refused to give me a quote because the owner refuses to deal with insurance companies. If you are filing a claim, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! They will be so nice in the first 3-5 phone calls, then the last person you speak to becomes hateful and rude. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Sounds to me like the owner doesn't know what he is doing, or he is just to lazy to deal with insurance companies.
