  Pinnacle Air was lovely to work with! They replaced the original outside and inside units in our home. Everyone we spoke to was kind and ready to help. The work was completed professionally and the team made sure to be courteous of our home and cleaned up after themselves. I would 100% recommend Pinnacle for any and all air needs!

  Pinnacle Air has excellent service and pricing. Our tech, Zack did extensive searching to find a wire that had gone bad. He made sure we had a/c over the weekend, this was Friday, and made sure on Monday that all was still working. They were out to fix the problem not create a money maker for them. Very much appreciated.

  Was having issues with my furnace, they came out and told me a hold a crack and needed to swap out the entire thing. Good thing I got a second opinion from an honest company instead. There was no crack and the issue was resolved with more than a 2 minute glance at the furnace.

  I have worked with Jonathan over the years, so when it was the middle of a hot summer and time to replace my AC, I knew who to call. He had Dan come out and survey the job to give me a reasonable quote and the installers, Alex and Nathan, were at my house 2 days later ready to do the job. They wore masks and foot protection in the house, which I found very respectful. They were professional and polite and didn't leave until everything was in working order. Then, when it came to payment, the amount stayed true to the quote given... no upcharges or hidden fees. Thank you so much for your professionalism!
