  "I honestly do not understand how a business can hire people with zero empathy to handle customer service. I called to request a reservation for three adults and was immediately told 'no' without even being allowed to explain my request. I was then transferred to a second person, hoping for assistance, but they repeated the same refusal. I even offered to leave a deposit to secure the booking, but the answer remained a flat 'no'. The whole experience was so frustrating that I checked the reviews afterward. It seems the food is praised and might be very good, but the overall rating stands at a mere 3.9. Now I understand why. The quality of your food clearly cannot compensate for the unacceptable lack of customer service. I decided to book elsewhere."

  Had such a great experience here! The cappuccino with almond milk was super smooth and flavorful, one of the best I’ve had in a while. The Nutella strawberry waffle was amazing — warm, fresh, and loaded with toppings. I also tried the steak burrito, which was really tasty and filling. The place has a nice, cozy vibe and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

  Pink Café is my go-to brunch spot! Their Biscoff French toast is out of this world — sweet, crunchy, and perfectly soft inside. The waffles are just as amazing, super fluffy and full of flavor. And the drinks? Always on point! From iced lattes to fresh juices, everything tastes fresh and beautifully made. The place has such a chill vibe, and the staff is super friendly. You can tell they really care about the details. Totally worth every visit

  This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by pink, everything is so beautifully decorated that it feels like stepping into a dream made for girls . Every corner is picture-perfect, ideal for taking stunning posts and stories. Now, let’s talk about the food: the French Toast was beyond spectacular, soft, fluffy, and full of flavor in every bite. The Passion Fruit Mimosa was refreshing and perfectly balanced; I highly recommend it. And the donuts? Oh, the donuts were simply out of this world, sweet, fresh, and absolutely delicious. A must-visit spot!
