I had my 2024 F350 serviced, the staff is friendly and courteous. I called and made an appointment for an oil change before and was quoted a price for the job, the truck was purchased from Pine Belt so they had the details. I arrived early to their bright and clean service center and they started the service when I arrived which was great. At checkout the price was higher than quoted because the 2024 trucks require 2 more quarts of oil than early models. I requested the price to service my 2024 not an earlier model. I know the tire rotation was preformed since the F350 has different pressures for the tires on the front or rear axles that were not adjusted for their new locations. The inspection report had "alignment needed" checked as passed making me wonder if the alignment was correct or not. Upon inquiring I found "alignment needed" passing means the alignment is good. I also received a bonus shop towel in the center console. All of this and I will still return.

I had an outstanding experience with the Pine Belt Ford service department. They went above and beyond in every way. After calling to schedule two safety recalls, they arranged to have the work done the very same day — and even came directly to my house to complete it!
The entire process was fast, convenient, and completely hassle-free. The technician was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. It’s rare these days to find customer service this prompt and accommodating.
I truly appreciate their commitment to keeping customers safe and making things as easy as possible. Pine Belt Ford has definitely earned my trust and future business — highly recommend their service department!

Purchased 4 Toyo tires from dealership on 10/23/25-did not receive an itemized bill only a receipt for the amount of $1223.84 that I paid. Total stated by Sarah in Fast Lane was supposed to be $1215. total-when questioned she did not include Shop Supplies. Rusty in Service refused to send me an itemized bill when I called the next day to complain-still have not received an itemized bill for the tires I paid $1223.84. Also did not report new tires installed to Carfax-getting notices that I need to have my tires rotated and possible replaced.

I purchased a used Blue Certified GMC Acadia from Pine Belt Ford on October 6th. Within just 11 days, the check engine light came on. The dealership sent my vehicle to Pine Belt Chevrolet for repairs, where it was kept for 12 days. I appreciate that they did provide a loaner vehicle during that time.
Before getting my car back, I spoke with the Sales Manager and explained everything that had happened. He acknowledged my frustration, agreed that 12 days was a long time, and assured me that he would extend my 14-day return policy a few extra days and to contact him if I had any further problems.
Unfortunately, the weekend after I got my vehicle back, I began noticing several more issues — a water ring around the sunroof, crackling in the headliner when pressed, a loud noise when turning on the heater, and the most concerning, a loud noise and vibration through the entire car when accelerating.
I called the dealership at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning and was told the Sales Manager was with a client. I left a message. I called again at 9:45 a.m., was told the same thing, and left another message. I also sent an email at 10:50 a.m. and as of now, have received no call or email response.
I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. I really love the car and wanted to be happy with my purchase, but the lack of communication and ongoing problems have made this experience extremely frustrating.

What an amazing staff and dealership! Chance is an outstanding, informative salesman who went above and beyond. That kind of effort these days is rare and truly appreciated. When signing my life away...LOL...I was asked to rate my experience from 1 to 10 while at the dearship. Without hesitation I said 12. They are definitely worth the 2 hour drive. If you are looking to buy a vehicle take a ride to Pine Belt Ford in Hattiesburg and ask for Chance. You won't be disappointed!
