  I really don’t understand how Pilars Harbour Apartments is receiving such positive reviews. I tried to reach them multiple times by phone to inquire about renting two different apartments for my employees, but I never received a call back and when I finally did get a hold of them, I was told that there was no apartments available even though their website showed they had 2 beds 1 bath available. I decided to visit in person, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Upon arrival, I was greeted rather rudely by Scott. It was clear he had far more important things to deal with than helping a prospective tenant that was wanting to lease multiple apartments. I thought I’d give it another shot, so I took it upon myself to walk around and see if I could tell what units were available, if any. During my visit, I spoke to a few residents who did not seem happy with management either. In fact, one resident mentioned they were moving to another apartment complex soon and gave me the name of where they were moving too. I wish I had caught the name of this person because I would love to thank them especially since I had a far better experience with the staff at the other community. I can’t say enough great things about the other community not to mention they offer far more amenities than Pilars Harbour including better waterfront views. Speaking of amenities, Pilars Harbour have zero Amenities to offer except two small pools—one of which was filthy. It’s hard to believe anyone would want to live here when the management was not only unhelpful but also outright rude. If you can be rude to a potential tenant, I can only imagine how you act towards residents. Oh, and by the way, future tenants beware. During my encounter with the staff at Pilar’s Harbour, I ask if any of the apartments had flooding during last year’s hurricanes and I was told no. However, the residents I spoke to said that was definitely not true. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. There are far better options out there! Please do your research.

  This is an amazing community. Leah and Scott have made it such a nice community. Very responsive on maintenance requests and again makes you feel like an actual home while being an apartment. If anyone of my family or friends are looking for a place I will always recommend this community. Love it here

  I can't believe what a steal this place is. From the moment I took a tour I knew that I found my home. Leah gave me a tour and was so knowledgeable about the area and was so helpful with the entire process. Thank you Leah! You're the best.

  Lisa was so nice, I really appreciate the time and attention. She’s an incredible person and I highly recommend this representative. Makes me feel so welcome and explained me everything in details. Excellent experience!
