- IBIsabella BertolaniSep 2, 20251.0I called to get the cost to wash 2 area rugs. Both washable rugs that just needed a larger machine than my washer at home. I was quoted $30 each (total of $60 for both) on the phone and gave them the sizes. When I went to pick up, the rugs were not folded and handed to me bunched up AND was charged $225 for both! Both rugs did not need extra care or anything besides being washed and dried. The girl at the register could not give me the reasoning of the cost difference.

- ODOlivia DouglasJul 14, 20251.0I went into Pike to wash my comforters like I do every month. I usually use the big washer so I can put 2 comforters at one time. It was out of order when I walked in and I had an employee (little heavyset woman) who worked on the 14th July at 3:45 pm tell me a particular washer will work for my comforter. I proceed to put my comforter in the washer and when it was done the comforter had some white film all over it. I was then told by the skinny employee that it wasn’t their fault. I asked can you put some coins in to re-rinse the comforter to see if it gets the white film off it and she states she has to call and talk to her manager. So the heavyset and skinny women goes all the way to the back to call her manager when I know there is a phone to call at the desk from a previous issue I’ve had with them. Then they both come back saying the manager didn’t answer and she’ll let me know when she calls back. Smh!!! Last straw and I’m done!!!!
