- CBCassey BowlesOct 11, 20251.0I took down my previous post because I have been dealing with a lot of crap from this place after getting my truck from them in August ,2025 I have been waiting for 8 straight weeks for my plates and tags and everytime I call them I get the damn run around when someone says they will call back THEY NEVER DO I’ve call the dmv almost every 3-7 days to see what’s going on with my request to see where my plates and tags are and they can’t tell me anything I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WORSE PLACE EVER

Zach in the service department is a truly fantastic employee and each time kept in touch with me on what was going on, when parts had arrived, the timing of things, and on one of the times, he arranged for a shuttle to take me back home since I needed to leave the vehicle. Their waiting area is comfortable and everyone who I interacted with was very friendly and positive. The employees who did the repairs did an excellent job. Outstanding service in every way.

The Sales Manager did a nice job getting us through the process fairly quickly, and seemed to know his role well even for a young guy. I really liked Charles in Finance, he did a stellar job crunching the numbers and we ended up with a sweet deal! They were all very friendly and personable. All in all the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'll definitely recommend Pierre Ford in Hermiston to others.
