  Haven't been to Pie 5 in multiple years, decided to give it a try and was severely disappointed in the quality and service. Multiple food items were removed such as the impossible meatballs and arugula and spinach, and the quality of the ingredients were not up to par. They charge extra for the thick crust but the shape varies, it was not throughly cooked, and it wasnt seasoned at all!! Completely different from past experiences and cost 40 dollars for 2 pizzas!!! Tea dispenser was nearly empty and old, and the entire station looked unclean. My mother went to get a refund for our pizzas and the guy who made them claimed I "liked my pizza" and only gave her a partial refund!! What kind of customer service speaks for their customers when asking for a refund?? I DID NOT like my pizza and I DEFINITELY DO NOT appreciate having words put in my mouth!! Do NOT come here if youre expecting fresh ingredients and good customer service. Never coming to this chain again and I definitely discourage anyone coming here until management changes.

  I had such a great experience at Pie Five in Edmond! I didn’t complete my to-go order online, but when I showed up, the young high school employee helping me was so patient and understanding—even though the place was very busy. He made sure everything got taken care of, and I really appreciated his kindness. The pizza was absolutely worth the wait—fresh, hot, and delicious! I also love coming here with my grandson whenever I’m visiting Edmond. It’s always a fun, welcoming spot, and the food never disappoints.

  It wasn't the rude behavior, it wasn't having to repeat myself 7 times and her forgetting what I've ordered, it wasn't even her walking off mid talking to me while we waited 20 mins to order.... but what really bothered me in the marketing for a $1.99 kids pizza when you buy a regular. So we ordered 6 pizzas and we have 2 kids, so I ordered 2 of the $1.99 kids pizzas to go with our other pizzas.... at that time she told me if I ordered 30 pizzas I would still only get 1 of the kids pizzas, I mentioned I have 2 small children, they stuck to there guns, so I just didn't tip, we got our pizza and left. Unfortunately I can't get behind a business model like that so we will definitely not be back. The woman working seems so spaced out, the pizza was decent so that's unfortunate, but that business model and customer service won't last in Edmond, I give it 1 year, 2 years tops to flop....
