  Thank you to the wonderful people at Pictures Plus at Ka Makana Ali’i, Kapolei especially Kalei who took her time and was patient with me in helping me to create a wonderful piece of art. She not only recommended several options when selecting the frame and mat but helped me see the greater potential in my project by suggesting things I wouldn't have considered. She was excellent to work with and just as excited of my final project as I was. She really has a passion for helping people find the best outcomes possible.

  This was my first time going to pictures plus and I’m beyond pleased. Kalei was so amazing! She helped me design my frame for my family photo. I couldn’t be happier with the results 🤩

In the fast paced customer service industry, it’s easy to become dismissive or come off as bothered. The team of this establishment were outstanding in all ways! I’m truly grateful for the service, attention to detail and aloha.

  We visited Pictures Plus on the afternoon of June 7th. We were immediately greeted by Brianna (Bri). She asked what we looking for and if we had any questions. We explained had never done custom framing and that everything was new to us. We showed Bri the quilt piece that we were looking to get framed. Bri explained that due to its size, it would be acrylic instead of glass and after confirming we were okay with that, she immediately went to work. Bri showed us a mix of options including the popular Koa option. After a few more samples we finally decided on 1 3/4” matte black frame with 3/4” Koa veneer. Bri explained thoroughly how the framing process would work and when we would expect it to be finished. Bri was patient, friendly and professional the entire time (even when more customer entered the store). Bri made it such an easy experience. The framed quilt was finished exactly when Bri said and it looks great!
