  WORST EXPERIENCE My wife and I purchased a pair of Piaget rings at this store back in May. Richard the salesman who helped us finding the ring and making the transaction, told us that the ring will be arriving at the store no later than 6 weeks after the purchase. The rings ended up taking 2 entire months to arrive. Upon arrival we ordered some engraving, which Richard said should take up to 2 weeks — today is the 4th week and we are still waiting. Adding to the pain of excruciating waiting is the non-responsiveness of Piaget. Note that this store is NOT a direct shop of Piaget, rather it is sort of an authorized dealer. They communicate with Piaget with emails with horrific efficiency. According to Richard he has been sending Piaget emails and emails to inquire the status of our order, but Piaget just did not respond. I have to say that as much as I want to like Richard, he is not the best salesman you want to make a purchase with. With our exceptionally delayed case he has not been proactive to help as the middleman. I have to go to him every time for him to give me any update at all. This store, this brand and this salesman together delivered the worst buying experience I have ever had. Richard refused to provide me any insight into what the possible causes might be for this disaster, so I can only equally blame all parties involved. Avoid them if you can. If you have to buy from Piaget, buy online, you’ll have a better chance getting a less horrific experience as I did.
