  **Feedback Regarding Front Desk Staff** I’ve always appreciated the welcoming and professional environment at your office, which is why I’ve continued to return over the years. However, during my recent visit, I had a disappointing experience with a new front desk clerk (Sylvia). She was rude, pushy, and unkind. Most concerning, I overheard her speaking negatively about me while I was in the waiting area, which felt deeply unprofessional and disrespectful. I also believe my rights as a patient were not respected during the interaction. Her behavior does not reflect the positive culture I’ve come to associate with your office, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. I would love to see the office return to the warm and respectful atmosphere that made it so special.

  Friendly dentist. His front desk staff however will send out texts and cancel your appointments even if you call before the deadline time... TIP: make sure you don't have a death in your family come up because they don't care.

  I am a patient of Dr Greg Philson. He and his entire staff are courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with! My new dentures fit well and require no “goop”. I highly recommended Dr Greg and his services.
