  Phillip went above and beyond to help me find my first home! Being a first time home buyer, everything seems so scary and intimidating, but Phillip guided me through everything! He kept me up to date on what steps we were taking next, what those steps meant, and how they all built up towards the end goal! He truly is amazing at his job and the advice he provided helped me save thousands on my first purchase! He helped advise me on what I should look for, what to avoid, and how to save in the future! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy, because he only has their best interest in mind!

  Really liked the experience that Phillip Salazar provided through the whole process of my first house purchase, on correcting me on my choice of homes leading to the right one. Making sure I got the best deal that he could offer by even me not putting down a big down payment, and by keeping me on track with the paper work to sign so I could be on the right path to successfully call my new purchase my home definitely will go through him for future purchases.
